Eat To Reduce Your Risk Of Cancer

Ginger adds zing to a meal, but the spice may cut your risk of developing colon cancer. When people consumed two grams of a ginger root supplement, they significantly reduced the levels of cancer-friendly inflammation.

In the study, 30 participants were given colon biopsies, then split into two groups. For 28 days, one group took a ginger root supplement, while the other group took a placebo. At the end of the trial, the participants underwent another biopsy. The researchers found that the ginger-taking volunteers reduced their colon inflammation by 28 percent.

It's so easy to add these super foods into your diet, simply adding ginger to your morning hot drink ( make it green tea with lemon and fresh ginger!) and beans, spinach to your salads won' be such a drastic change that you hate the taste of your meals but WILL help to reduce your risk of sleeping diseases.

Chickpeas are amazing with broths, stews and Curry so reduce the nan and rice and throw in half a can.
